Official Rules

Official PhotoshopGreed.com Contest Drawing Rules: Pursuit Of Web LLC ("the Company") is the sponsor of the PhotoshopGreed.com Contest Drawing ("Contest Drawing") which begins and ends during the period of time (the "Contest Period") noted on the Contest Drawing form.

  1. Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible to enter the Contest Drawing, contestants must be at least 18 years of age. International contestants can participate. The winner must submit a physical mailing address, not a Post Office Box, for the prize to be mailed to. The prize must be received as a signed delivery; the prize will not be left by the shipper at the physical address as an unsigned package. A previous contest winner must not participate for 12 months after winning a Contest Drawing. This Contest Drawing is void where prohibited.
  2. To Enter:
    • NO PURCHASE IS NESSESSARY.
    • Register to be a member of the PhotoshopGreed.com community, using a valid email address.
    • As a member of the PhotoshopGreed.com community, submit the Contest Drawing form online.
    • The Contest Drawing from must be submitted within the Contest Period noted on the Contest Drawing form.
    • As a member of the PhotoshopGreed.com community, only one entry can be submitted to each Contest Drawing form.
  3. Drawing: One drawing will be conducted for a Contest Drawing one day after the Contest Period ends. One prize will be awarded to the winner. By participating, entrants release the Company, their affiliates from and against any claim and/or action arising from the prize.
  4. Prize: The prize shall be one new, Full Version, Commercial, Retail Box, US Language, version of Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended Edition, with choice of Windows or Mac operating system. The prize retail value is $999 USD, and can also be purchased from www.adobe.com. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded, and no substitution of prizes shall be allowed. The winner solely is responsible for any tax liability for claiming the prize.
  5. Notification: The winner will be notified by the Company by email no more than 48 hours after the Contest Period ends. The winner must reply back via email with a physical mailing address within 24 hours of the winning email notification. Acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to the Company's use of the winner's community member name, member's country name and likeness (acceptable picture of the winner holding the retail box prize) for advertising or promotional purpose, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  6. Legal Notice: The Company is not responsible for transmission or mailing errors, late, lost, incomplete, illegible or undeliverable entries. The Company, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or is otherwise in violation of the rules. The Company further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any game not capable of completion as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. If, by reason of a typo or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. The Company reserves the right to declare an alternative winner if the winner notification is returned undeliverable.

BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE COMPLETE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE FINAL ON ALL MATTERS PRETAINING TO THE CONTEST DRAWING, AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CLAIM AMBIGUITY IN THE CONTEST DRAWING OR THESE OFFICAL RULES. ALL GOVERNMENT LAWS APPLY, AND THIS CONTEST DRAWING IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY SUCH LAWS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO JURISICTIONS WITH LAWS THAT WOULD REQUIRE REGISTRATION, DISCLOSURE, FILING OR ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS THAT ARE NOT SATISFIED BY THE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ALL GOVERNMENT TAX LIABILITES ARISING FROM THIS CONTEST DRAWING WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PRIZE WINNER.

EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFLIATES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR INJURIES, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO ANY PERSON, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY ARISNG IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE, PARTICIPATION IN ANY CONTEST-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST DRAWING. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTIAL, CONSQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST DRAWING.
